Strange Lump where neck meets skull
Hi there, I'm a 15 year Male who won't risk saying anything to my mum at the risk of bieng called a hypochondriac ;D. I've noticed hard small lump (about the size of a pea) about an inch behind from my ear where I would say is where the neck meets the skull. It not very painfull but still feels uncomfortable when its touched. Its inside the skin and its not red. Can't be pushed around just stays where it is.

It is a lymph node, one of many in your body that signals low grade' maybe some times, high grade infections; this particular one may be signalling to your immune system, a low grade infection in your body, such as a virus. Start taking your vitamins, go outdoors and get fresh air and tell your mom if you are feeling well.

Google lymph nodes to make yourself aware of where they are and what they do. Our bodies are wonderful entities to be explored and understood.
