    2 year old boy at home very sick
    Hi I have a 2 year old boy at home very sick . He does not have a fever but has been sick for the past 4 days, the first day he just laid on the couch and threw up all day, 2nd day same thing accept he seemed to be doing better in the afternoon , as soon as 11 o'clock hit he woke up out of a dead sleep and threw up , he has been repeating this for the past four days, still no fever , he's up than he's down and still throwing up a lot , he's also sleeping a lot not eating a lot and only drinking gatarade should I take him into a hospital ? If so what should I be concerned about? Get back to me asap :) thank you so much. I have given him childerns tylonal and I gave him his first half taspoon of gravol lastnight.

    If I were you, I would take him to urgent care. Being that he is two years old and this has been going on for 4 days. Also try giving him pedialyte. It has electrolytes, which he needs. This will rehydrate him.

    I also have a two year old, and if it were me I would take him in.

    Anytime a fever lasts that long, its time to visit the doc, either through urgent care, er, doc office.

    Your family doctor in the morning or a local urgent care. As a mother you should know where the nearest two urgent care is and their hours, They are good, you get seen fast and they are much cheaper than a ER.
