There is a lot of us out there who have had this problem. I fixed mine thanks to alicka in the beginners forum. This should do it.
Using spybot S&D, run the check. Once complete select 1 of the entries, rite click, select more detail, select jump to location, when in the registry editor the key you need to delete is 1004. You should be in the folder labelled '0', once you've deleted it go back to S&D and run check again. You'll find it has removed the entry you just deleted but the other 1 is still there. Do as before and jump to location. You'll see that there is no file named 1004. The key is hidden in folders below '0', you'll have to go into each of the folders 1,2,3 and 4 and delete the 1004 keys in them. Close the registry editor and run S&D, if insturctions followed you'll be clear of this bot.
