There has been pending balances on employees on paycheck through 2020. Paystub was created for Nov 2020 but actual payment is still pending as of Jan 2021. But w2 reflects the amount earned in Nov 2020.

Should the W2 reflect the actual amount paid or total amount they are supposed to be paid?
