Instructions say connect device to power point and launch browser and type in http.//192.168.10.1 but will not connect to web site. You are then supposed to enter admin/admin and user name and password.
By clicking on wifi symbol it recognises the repeater.
A lead was supplied which plugs into repeater and then presumably into laptop but is this necessary ?
I am no computer expert but would a basic step by step guide to set this up.

You need to make sure you are on the same IP subnet.
So your machine will need to be on 192.168.10.x where x is a number of your choice.

You need to run ipconfig inside a "dos" window to see what your computer sees and the default gateways that is assigned to your system. Then you will see how to connect to the devices you want to connect to and have the proper addresses.
