    Hurricane Deductible 10% of $12,880

    A: Dwelling $128,800
    B: Other Structures $12,880

So is the Hurricane Deductible $1,288 is that the way you figure it?

Hurricane deductibles are typically quoted as a percentage of the insured value. Perhaps there's a typo, and it should read: "Hurricane Deductible 10% or $12,880."

Here is the section of the policy. Seems to me to be 10% of 12,880= $1,288 Hurricane deductible

pastor, the line says: Hurricane Deductible 10% = $12,880.

The equals sign means $12,880 is 10% of the amount used to calculate the HD. In this case, it looks like 10% of the dwelling coverage which is listed as $128,800.

Sorry, 10% X $128,800 for Hurricane and same for sinkhole. Wow, that's a lot of premium for $128,000 coverage.

Sounds like you are living in an area where probability is high, as noted by the annual premium. I would consider moving out of that area.
