No issue IF you have a prescription. If not, you are in violation of federal drug laws and so is the person giving it too you. Where do you fit?

Yes it will show up. As noted, if this is legal no issue, if not legal, yes a issue

Most labs don't test for suboxone, at least the lab I partner with does not. One milligram per day is pretty low. Even if the lab you are getting the hair drug test from tests for it you might be below the cutoff level so it would not be detected.
