My daughter is 7 years old . Her front teeth has fallen out naturally at the age of 4 years, but the new teeth is not coming out still. Is there any problem with her teeth or should I wait for some more time.

Have you taken her to a dentist to see if this is normal for new teeth to not have come in yet? It doesn't sound like it should take this long. I would make an appointment and take her to a dentist and let them advise you.
