The pain is in my right hip area. It also goes to my right side of my back and right side of my stomach.

Have you had any foot problems, or an uneven gate when you walk on your right foot? At times this sort of problem is caused by poor fitting shoes and you may need some orthotics to correct the situation. Of course, this type of pain caused by feet takes quite a long time to mature.

I would think about the foot problem though, go have your feet assessed and get a referral to a foot specialist. Wearing the proper sized foot wear can correct a multitude of physical problems.
