I apply for a top up loan frm my bank where my salary is credited, according to my agent he cannot proceed to my application because I have issues in the central bank and he ask me to to go to Etihad bureau. I want to go to central bank and ask but I am afraid I might be arrested. Please need your advice. Thank you
