    Can any body let me know is there any university or institution who is Accreditated & offer degree base on work experience .

    No there really is no accredited Universtity that grants degrees only on life experience

    Some schools give specific credit hours for life experience. I know Broward Community College did for a few friends of mine.

    By "accredited" I assume you mean "regionally accredited". There are no regionally accredited universities in the USA that offers degrees based on work experience. However, there are some regionally accredited Universities that allow you to earn a degree by "testing out", that is, if you really know your stuff, you can take CLEP tests, TCEP tests, and other tests to earn college credit.

    Thomas Edison College is regionally accredited , and you can test out on many subjects there. You can get a REAL regionally accredited degree at Thomas Edison in the least amount of time, for the least amount of money, of any college in the US that I know of.
