The national security agencies have data bases and ability to do facial comparisons of many photos, but it can take time.

For a private person, you can not do it or get it done.

How old are the photos? How did you get the photos? If you know who took them, then contact that person.

It's possible the OP has been scammed somehow and they want to find the identity. Not creepy in that case if we put ourselves in their shoes.
