What does 10K G E mean on a ring ? Is it completely fake or is it still worth something just less than 10 K G.

It could be 2 things. GE could mean Gold Electroplate or if it is GF, it means gold filled. GE is trinket value only. GF does have some value as the gold layer is typically rolled around the base metal and therefore, has higher gold content. 10K is 40% gold to begin with so even gold filled on a ring would bring little added value.
