    Hot Water Pressure- Kitchen Faucet
Hi, The other day, we turned the kitchen faucet on and there was no hot water pressure all of a sudden... we just get a trickle. The water pressure in the rest of the house is fine (hot and cold) and the cold water comes out fine as well. Any ideas?
    Thanks!

What has probably happened is that some mineral built up on the pipe walls broke loose and got sucked up into the first faucet that made a hot water draw. The answer is to turn the water off to the faucet and open it up. Remove the cartridge and check the inlet ports for any trash or crud. Now place a pan over the open valve body and turn the water back on for a few seconds to flush the supplies. Reassemble and rest. Better now? Regards, Tom
