Been running lately? Walking a lot?

I am thinking maybe shin splints.

I'm a big fan of the sports physiotherapist in these cases.

Could be shin splints, could be a hairline fracture. Only way to know for sure is to see your doctor.

Yeah, we all hope NOT to have to go to a doctor. But really, how can we properly diagnose you over the internet without an exam, X-rays, etc. It is impossible.

Whenever asking a health question you will most likely get referred to a doctor.
