My company needs to copy some old 34 x 26 blueprints and make them digital so they can be accessed easily. If I have a 16 mega pixel digital camera how can I do this and be able to see all the details?

Forget the camera, use the appropriate scanner to digitize your blue prints

By the time you blow up the camera pix, you won't be able to read it. Take it to Staples or other office supply company, they can do it.
