But yes, if this is the same person, Skype is great and free if both use Skype. I have it on my cell phone, and can call from my phone to America anytime I want. (just uses internet time)

WeChat and QQ International also allow video calls, voice calls, messaging and more to a person who has that same program. Google also has a phone call available,
