My father wants him to move out of the house; is there a specific amount of time, by law, that my father has to give him to move?

Also, if necessary how would we go about getting a restraining order against my brother?

Generally you have to allow an evictee 30 days notice. As for the restraining order, you'd go to court and file a motion asking a judge to grant you the restraining order.
