I would like to fly within the USA but I have traffic warrents against me . Will I have a problem getting on my flight?

Generally no, most traffic warrants are not sent out nationally and do not effect security. After that, they can of course since there is a warranty, stop you and detain you. Then wait to see if the city or state where the tickets are at, will come get you. Of course they won't unless it is very close.
