    Hearing loss
I blew my nose really hard and my ear popped, the next day it hurt and I have had a little loss of hearing in than ear too. The pain is gone but I still have a little loss of hearing in that ear. What should I do.

I'm hoping you check in to see if anyone was able to give you a suggestion! I noticed how long ago your post was placed, but I wanted to do what I could... just in case you haven't found your solution and still check here...

I am not licensed so what I say is strictly advice based on a year's worth of working for a Hearing Center/working closely with hearing impaired clients/ and working closely with licensed hearing specialists...

You NEED to have your hearing checked!! :D If money or insurance is an issue, find somewhere (like my offices) that offer free and very comprehensive hearing evaluations. They'll talk with you and first rule out medical issues that cannot be dealt with in our offices... this way you find either your solution or find out that you need to see a doctor or audiologist without any expense to yourself. However, if money or insurance is not a factor in this, by all means go to your doctor!
Many people feel that their hearing isn't important enough to check like they do say their eyes or their teeth... but your hearing is important. :) Have it checked...

    Good Luck!

See an ENT specialist just to check if you have perforated your eardrum by blowing your nose too hard.Small perforations close up themselves over time.Larger ones mayneed medication .Consulting a specialist would savefuture worries
