Some foods, and eating habits can effect taste. Also our sense of smell has effects on our perception of taste. The use of some of the flavored creams and lotions (for sexual use) can help mask the taste.

The above, flavoured lube, flavoured condoms, or just grin and bear it. Foods may or may not be able to change the flavour, but the base taste will be the same. Just make sure to keep your "situation", by that I mean your penis, scrotum, 'taint', and surrounding areas, clean and dry. A lot of our taste experience comes from smells as well as your tongue. If you're funky down there that's going to makes things difficult for her.

The other thing to consider is that your girl isn't too into blowing you.
