That depends on many factors including

    The size of the house
Whether there will be construction materials to remove
The specific checklist of what the builder expects
How long it will take you to do the job
How much you will have to spend on materials to get the job done

So figure it based on the above - and come up with a number that you are satisfied with.

Hard to figure out how we, all over the US, could come up with a number for you. We have no idea where you are and prices vary greatly from California to Alabama. Best advise is to check with local builders and see where the pricing goes. Remember, you just don't "clean" a house. You need a business license, insurance and bonding, materials, possible labor costs, taxes, a vehicle etc. Not easy is it?

And if there is construction waste, are you going to have to dispose of them, and what types of waste are there?

Does this include outside or just inside?

Where is it, here in China I could get it for about 30 US dollars and they would work two days of hard labor.

Also as noted, are you doing this illegally, under the table, are do you have a business license, insurance, and so on.
