How do I figure this out in simplest terms

Is there a multiplier in there? Right now it's just 3 fractions in a row.

Fractions can be simplified when the numerator and denominator have a COMMON FACTOR in them. If both the numerator and denominator have common factors then we can cancel these out. For example in the fraction 8/12, 4 is a common f'actor of 8 and 12.
