If you look her name up on Google many actors and actresses will have full bios about them... everything they have appeared in and when they were born and where they grew up. IMDB is just one.

Yeah.. I just noticed they really don't have a real bio on her yet... unlike every other person I've looked up before myself. IMDB is usually pretty good on that end... except this time.

I wonder if maybe she's under 18 and they didn't want to post a bio or maybe she didn't give permission

Hard to say... I've seen bios of other child actors/actresses. They don't need permission to post if if they wanted. But with only oneacting gig , she's not very well known. Maybe they just don't have enough information yet to write one.

Someone else will have to answer that one... I basically know little about the origins of names. But keep in mind they usually follow the fathers family... and doesn't reflect the mothers so it really not a very good indication of ethnicity. Based on my real last name you would assume the fathers side would be a far different lineage than it is... and it actually by coincidence better matches my grandmothers side ethnically who were a totally different family name.

Several baby name sites claim it's Scandinavian, Nordic. It might be a variation of Elise or Talisa.
