My 10 year old daughter has a dull ache in her stomach for 1 1/2 days, it comes and goes. She hasn't had a good bm in 2 days, when should I take her to a Dr? The pain is central and has not moved.

Sounds like she's constipated, but that's only a guess, it's always best to get a professional opinion, and unfortunately we cannot give you a diagnosis over the internet. Try prune juice, if she's constipated that might help, but I would go to the doctor.

Either she's constipated, or she has cramps (guessing) but most likely she's constipated. So go to the doctor and if she is constipated get her some laxatives and use as it says on the box.
