Sadly this is impossible for anyone on this site to do. You may have luck with the FBI, they have facial recognition programs, but even then, the person you're looking for would have to be in that program. So it's still a needle in a haystack.

Your best bet is to ask other people that may know him. Is this someone you're looking for because he's a lost family member or friend of the family? If so, surely someone in the family knows who he is.

If it's just a random person you found in a stack of photos, then I'm afraid you're out of luck.
