First you have to figure out what your metabolism is. There are 4 types. Some good healthy foods in general for metabolism are organic pine nuts, coconut (I use coconut oil to cook),
Eat breakfast so you don't slow down your metabolism, take vitamin B complex, CoQ10, drink lots of water (not tap), drink green tea (brew it yourself), use honey for sweetener, eat fruits, veggies and fish, use spices like cayenne, turmeric, eat less as the day goes on, make sure to eat no less than 1,000 calories a day, get enough aerobic, weight training and resistance exercise
