So I got the nexplanon implant three months ago and now I've had my period for two months straight. Today I took out my tampon of 6 hours with nothing on it. Got in the shower thinking it was finally over and about 20 minutes in blood fell out of me like I was peeing. What the hell is wrong with me what do I do??

Likely nothing is wrong with you. Unfortunately you are experiencing one of the more common side effects of the implant. Many women will have irregular bleeding. Some will have it off and on, some will eventually find periods stop altogether, and others will have prolonged episodes of bleeding. Talk to your doctor about it. They may suggest giving it a bit more time to see if the bleeding eases and stops, or you may end up deciding that it is not working for you as well as you had hoped and look at other options.
