Gaining weight & muscle mass
I am 26 years old male. 6'2" and only 130 lbs. I work out 6 days a week for 2 hrs a day, all weight training and zero cardio. In addition, I drink protein shakes every day after working out. For the life of me, I cannot gain muscle mass no matter what I do. It seems I've tried everything, but nothing works. I have been skinny my whole life and have never been able to gain weight. Working out gets me cut, but I can't gain mass. I don't have a huge appetite and eat normal portion sizes at all meals. I try to eat very healthy and stick to mostly fish, fruits, breads, cheeses and chocolate (organic when possible). I even drink a decent amount of alcohol. What can I do to gain weight and increase my muscle mass so that I can stop being self-conscoius about my weight?
