    My monitor is still beeping but we no longer have service

    Uplug it and it will stop eventually. Won't beep without power supplied

    Unplug power supply, open case and remove backup battery.

    Can you send photo of Keypad and/or inside of panel. Panel need to enter Programming mode and Disable Communication, and TLM(Telephone Line Monitor), May be able to help you with programming.
