Find a good man.

Date many men until you find one you fall in love with.

Don't rush it. Realize it's okay to be single. Settling just to be married is a bad choice.

Ask your extended family and friends for introductions to eligible men.
The fact that you are asking here is an indication that meeting men isn't easy for you, I think?

My suggestions are,
- If any family members or relatives send you the proposals, Don't feel OBLIGATED to accept it until you yourself have spent the time knowing the Guy and he is actually the kind of person you 'DESIRE'.
- Don't be shy or feel awkward for asking question with the Guy! Make sure you ask everything that's in your heart.
- I know, there could be pressures from elders but don't give in to that, just ignore it and stay focused on what you want in a person whom you want to spend whole life with.
- Also consider the family of the Guy, if you're going to live with his family. (because in some culture they do)
- Most important, don't make any decision out of pressure. If you don't like the person then just let the family know. And if you cant say that directly do it with the help of any family member or relative who is close to you.

Don't rush it... you will find the right one, and that is much better than taking just anyone even if it might take longer.
