    Logitech web cam
I just purchased the Logitech webcam (what a neat little tool). I recorded a video of me and my little dog for hubby (we miss him, he just left for work)... but there is not any sound:( Is that because I don't have a mic?

If I send it, will he hear it or did it record without any audio?

I know this is a dingy question :)

    Love,

Hubby is a regular riot. I sent it anyway without audio and he said, "It's okay, I like it when I can't hear you :(. ( he's so funny... ha ha haha)

But I am sure my sisters would want to hear me :). So I guess, I do need a mic?

    Thank you in advance.

Does you cam have an inbuilt mic ?
Otherwise you will need a seperat one for audio.

    Hi Curly

Probably not. I don't think so. So I just get a mic... would that be USB plug in too?

    Thanks for helping :):)

Normally they simply plug straight into your sound card (around the back where the speakers go)

    Na further round the back.

    Should look something like this:

    OR
    http://www.cassette2cd.co.uk/img/pho...dio_inputs.jpg

This is where you speakers connect.
One of these will have a little mic icon by it.
    That's where it goes.
