So I need to know where can I find the machine that makes the seal numbered cables, or the nylon tagging plastic cables like the pictures bellow. Or what is it exactly called? Because I tried to search about it and found nothing.

Exactly, but the one you got me is without a number.

So, that was just one example of the machines shown on that site - if you look at the top of that page, it says it has over 3,000 different machines you could look at. I just did a Google search of 'machine to make security zip ties' and that was one of the many sites that popped up. You could try those search words as well and see what you find!
