    Becoming an actor
I want to act and am doing a national diploma in performing arts but find the academic part very hard. Is there any other way I can train to be an actor without all of the written work

    Gernald

They have acting academies all over the US, UK, Canada, or wherever else you may be located that train actors of all levels. There are also internships that are available to aspiring actors. You could even simply go out and try to find a job. They say experience is the best way to learn, though probably the toughest.
Try searching for academies where you want to train, or looking for internships.
    Good luck
