Actually most records label merely throw out any songs or material not requested or expected. Almost all submissions have to be done through agents. Most lebels have submission details on their web sites.

Do what Jason Bieber did. Have someone video tape you singing. Upload the video to You Tube and hope it goes viral.

You are new to this site (or are you since two other names were registered from your PC). We take pride in the quality of the advice given here. You say you don't have experience in this, so why answer?

Most record companies don't accept blind sumissions. And you can't just "call up a record company". Have you even seen Coyote Ugly?

So please, if you aren't sure about your advice, wait and let someone else, who is, answer.
