So my partner and I use the pull out method and he ejaculates on my belly. What I do is scoop the semen off my belly and insert it into my vigina or he would do that with his fingers.. he cannot come inside me as he says it hurts him when he does. We want to try for our first baby but the above is the only thing we can do. How effective is this and can I get pregnant by this. I always spit the out of my mouth in my hand and insert it right away if I was to give him oral. Does penetrative sex hurt him? I am unclear whether he can pentrate you without pain. Have you tried lube? You might just need a little extra lubrication. I would try this first and if that doesn't work I would try to figure out WHY ejaculating inside you hurts him. If that isn't an option, you should look at getting his semen as close to your Vaginal opening. Instead of Ejaculating on your belly have him ejaculate on your vaginal opening.

This is a tough one.

If he has pain ejaculating inside you, but no pain when having sex, there is a medical issue he needs to see about.. . Or and I don't mean this wrong, he does not want a child and uses that as a reason not to ejaculate inside.

But it is not an effective method, but it is possible. Are you tying your fertile times to time sex for the right days each month?
