Be careful. Those online assignment help sites are VERY expensive, and many don't really help -- they just want your money! Your best way to find a helper or tutor is by asking your guidance counselor who will connect you to a REAL PERSON in your area to help you. :)

Google the question you have and read carefully. Then again your course has a text book doesn't it? Or online help if you are in online classes. Or ask your teacher for references. Or have I misread your question, if so please clarify.
