I am a very light user, my history being 4 hits off a joint on Dec 15th 2012, then one hit on Nov 24th 2012. Prior to that, it was Sept of 2012, about the same use.
I will be having my hair bleached and redyed in 3 days (planned to this anyway) and may possibly be tested as early as Friday.
Should I be concerned and/or do any home remedy treatments?

A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample of hair, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. If you only took 5 hits off a joint in the last 90 days you probably don't even need to waste your time bleaching or dyeing because that small amount of use probably won't even show up in a limits of detection hair follicle drug test which tests for the lowest levels possible. The other thing you have in your favor is that most employers will do a test that has higher cutoff levels so it won't show up the small amount you smoked. I think you should pass. How do you know this is for employment purposes?

Yes, it is for pre-employment purposes. I had my hair bleached yesterday, and I had my stylist rinse with an astringent that contained 2% salicylic acid, which seems to be a popular ingredient, used amongst others I've read about online, in their arsenal of other things used to remove the evidence.
My scalp is burning.. And I doubt I will be burning anything else, ever again. It's just not worth the stress from worry.

I would say you should not have no problem passing. Also keep in mind once the lab gets the hair drug test sample it runs it through a chemical wash that washes all external continents off so shampoos and the like have very limited success or no at all.
