I remember that it was a movie from the twlight show.. I woman was outside gardening and she had found a wooden box and in it was a silverr necklace. She had discovered that when she would put it on and say the words SHUT UP everyone would freeze. So she went into the grocery mall and wanted the last cereal box for her kids another woman took it from her and then she would say shut up, everyone would freeze and then she took it. If anyone could tell me the title of this movie tell me please.

If I have the time, I will do some more checking to see if I can turn up the name of the episode and if there is anyway you can get it outside of purchasing the entire season.
I remember a 1980's Twighlight Zone Episode where a lady finds a necklace buried in the yard, and when she wore it she could stop time by yelling “shut up” and start it again by saying “okay.” it was called "a little peace and quiet" I think you can view it online. I am researching right now.
