Does she know music (play piano or the guitar), or has she had voice lessons? Has she ever performed in school or college musicals or other plays? Does she sing in a choir or glee club or musical group of some sort? She should make videos (YouTube included) and submit them for evaluation from choir directors or college chorus leaders or even a church organist. Also, go to your local library and ask a reference librarian for help in looking up names and phone numbers of musical talent agents. Contact several and ask for guidelines on how to proceed.
