Wanting to visit family in UK while on probation
Well I have recently have gotten in trouble with the law but nothing severe. I was hoping to travel to England to visit my sister in college. My court case in a week. My soon to be PO told me to research the boarder regulations. I will only be gone for 5-6 days. I thought though that the PO should have been able to give me an answer. Although it's a minor misdemeanor, I'm nervous they will not let me. I have 4 months till I would be able to leave. Is it possible to take this trip if I do not violate probation and fill out necessary paper work?

P.S. Please respond as soon as possible this is very important to me.

You do need to fill out the paperwork with your P.O. and gain permission to take the U.S. If you do not get permission, there is a very good chance you would be stopped at the airport. The risk of violating your parole is not worth the by-passing your P.O.
