Is it okay to use chloramine t trihydrate instead of chloramine t in this study: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com.sci-h...740560304/full. The title of the study: Improved Enzymic Assay for Cyanogens in Fresh and
Processed Cassava by O Brien, Taylor, and Poulter. We will do a similar protocol to this in the colorimetric procedure of our study for our present research, but I was wondering if chloramine t trihydrate could be substituted (due to no availability of chloramine t in our region).
