About the same question, there are just way too many reasons it can happen. So you make a doctor appointment and have it checked out.
I would have seen my doctor at the first sign of a problem given your situation, before I thought of asking strangers for their OPINION. We can only speculate, but your doctor can test, examine, diagnose and treat.
