Unless you're tracking your ovulation using medical means, your most fetile days are just estimates. You could be off by a couple days which would mean that, while you ovulated, there wasn't any sperm around to fertilize the egg. If you're trying to get pregnant then you should be having penetrative intercourse every 2-3 days.

That being said, it could be that you had an early misscarriage. It could also be that for some reason you just missed your period in January. It can happen. Did you take a pregnancy test?

I would go to the doctor with what you described and maybe get a pregnancy test through your doctors office. He might be able to say if you just had a weird couple of cycles, or if you are pregnant, or if you had an early misscarriage.
