I had about 2 - 3 ounces of alcohol that was diluted with water. ( probably 70% alcohol and 30 water) and gave a urine sample for probation about 30 - 45 minutes later. Will I test possitive?

70% is 140 proof, if this test was important, may be better you didn't pass.

Someone will need to know, is this actual 70% of alcahol.

Most likely if you are writing this in the addiction section, alcohol has presented problems for you in the past. I would recommend getting yourself into recovery. Before you detox in jail. Good luck.
