Can someone travel within the united stated on their passport even tho they over stayed their visit in the united stated? Without getting deported?

This could be risky. I have seen people being escorted by immigration officers at the airport a few times. It may not be all... but better drive or take buses, etc.

Yes they can drive, take the bus, but when they fly they are subject to a background check on the computer system
