I need some direction on correctly burning the iso file to cd and make a
Boot cd with utilities. How to use hiren boot cd

Once burned, Have disc in drive and reboot computer

I want to boot my desktop

You can copy iso file into a pen drive and then use hiren boot cd to play this image in your system
