Concerning Personal Registration Number at the (European) State Workforce Office
There has been an upsurge of "recruitment companies" offering jobs through unsolicited e-mails requiring, almost other things, your Personal registration number at the state workforce office.

    There is NO SUCH THING.
This is pure SCAM mail and should be ignored!

NO UK or European company is going to offer a job without firstly an interview and certainly NEVER by unsolicited e-mail.

Here's a number of other sites that this has been raised at:

Is this a scam? - Fraudwatchers

All these "recruitment companies" are after is your money, pure and simple.
They will NEVER deliver anything in return and you will be out of pocket.

So delete any e-mails of this type and move on with your life.

Please help me too. I look for a job for Europe then after a days ago somebody reply on my email they are offering me a job, a very good position a high salary when it is converted to Philippine Peso. But the first step I have to secure first the following:

    1. Personal registration number from the European work force office.
    2. Work permission application form
    3. Motivation letter
    4. CV European Format
Then they gave me an email address of an agency to contact so that they are the one to process all the documents I have to pay only 48 USD.

Please help me. Is this a scam?

Did you contact them first? If not, it's a scam.

No company wanting to hire you, and PAY you, wants you to PAY them. The ones asking you to send money are a SCAM!
