I am 20 yeards old. I had brown spotting for about 4 days. It was a week before I got my period. I had been on medicine for a sinus infection. One was a steriod pill that was taken for a month and then after that month I was put on sulfameth. Once it was time for my period to come I got the really bad cramps I usually get and heavy bleeding for 2 days and then light bleeding for about a day and a half. Is this normal?

The medicines you are taking could've caused the spotting. Spotting can be caused by many things and happens to almost everyone. I don't think it's anything serious. Spotting is very common. And when you're taking so many medicines, I would say that they are the culprit.
