Probibly... I assume you never called them, or spoke with them, visited them and didn't have a physical business address before you handed over money...
Google website states they are not BBB accreditted but that isn't necessary for a business anyway.
Was this someone who called you offering a cut rate vacation and you gave them your credit card information.
Yes, looks like you got ripped off in spite of being warned in the newspapers and on the TV news regarding these kind of offers.
Good rule of thumb to live by... if it sounds like a deal that's too good to be true... it is (meaning you are about to be screwed). The cheapest deal is rarely ever the best deal.
Smells like a scam for sure - their website is a shell with no content or contact info.
